Do you share with your friends? Do you take turns when you play games? How do you play with your family and friends? Let’s read
How do dinosaurs play with their friends?

What kinds of dinosaur friends did you see in the book? What was the lambeosaurus not sharing? What was the protoceratops hogging?

Watch the video again to see all the different shapes and colors each dinosaur friend has. Create your own dinosaur pal to join you on
your adventures!

  1. Watch Let’s Make Dinosaur Friends and follow along to make your own dinosaur. You can make a supersaurus from toilet paper tubes or make cryolophosaurus or tyrannosaurus out of paper towel tubes.
  2. Flatten your toilet paper or paper towel tube and draw the shape of your dinosaur.
  3. Follow the outline of your drawing and use scissors to cut out the shape. Make sure to cut through both sides of the tube.
  4. Unflatten your tube so that your dinosaur can stand.
  5. Color in your new dinosaur friend with paint or markers.
